Among the ways that our Bylaws envision to accomplish these goals, two main means of action are foreseen:
- Promoting and organising symposia, seminars, congress and gatherings both at an European and international level ; and
- Opening, maintaining and managing houses of youth formation or aimed towards the continuous formation of citizens in the Christian and European spirituality.
Last but not the least, the Bylaws explicitly state that the Board may open offices in cities of Europe other than where the main office is situated.
